1. Who we are

The website cristianmoldovan.com and the services offered under the Cristian Moldovan name are operated by EMPIRIC WORLD SRL, registered office at Str. Ioan Budai-Deleanu nr. 65, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, 400474, Romania, CUI 31279259, Trade Register no. J12/588/2013.

In these terms, "we" means EMPIRIC WORLD SRL, and "you" means the person using the website or our services.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using the website, registering for a webinar or event, or buying a service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or our services.

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and how we use cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

3. Our services

We offer marketing and business consulting, group programs, webinars, events and other educational materials. Each service is described on its own page or in the offer we send you.

Under the Cristian Moldovan name, we do not provide marketing execution services, such as running campaigns or managing communication channels.

4. Using the website

You may use the website for your own information and to get in touch with us. You may not:

use the website for illegal purposes or in ways that could affect how it works
try to gain unauthorised access to areas, accounts or data of the website
automatically extract content from the website
send false or offensive content through forms, or content that infringes the rights of others

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors.

5. Free webinars and events

You register through the form on the event page. Your access link is personal and may not be passed on to anyone else.
We may change the date, time or format of an event, or cancel it. If we do, we will let registered participants know by email.
Webinars and online events may be recorded. We tell you about the recording before the session starts. The recording may include the display name, image, voice and chat messages of participants who choose to use them. You can join with your camera and microphone off and with any display name you choose. Details about how we use recordings are in the Privacy Policy.
Participants may not record, photograph or share the session without our written consent.
We expect respectful communication. We may remove from the session, without prior notice, any participant who disrupts it.
Participation is free and does not commit you to any later purchase.

6. Paid programs and services

The price, content, duration, payment terms and withdrawal or refund conditions of each paid program or service are those set out on its own page, in the offer we send you or in the contract we sign.
These specific conditions apply together with these terms. If they differ, the specific conditions prevail.
Prices are shown in the stated currency and, unless otherwise specified, do not include VAT.
If you are acting as a consumer, you benefit from the rights provided by consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the website and of our services, including texts, presentations, working materials, recordings, frameworks, logos and graphic elements, belongs to EMPIRIC WORLD SRL or is used with the permission of its owners.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost clients or lost opportunities, arising from the use of the website, our information or our materials.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement amicably. If we cannot, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
